These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Alleon Healthcare Capital(“Alleon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Alleon Healthcare is a division of Alleon Capital Partners. They apply to your use of alleonhealthcare.com, including our questionnaires, online funding applications, chat assistant, and any other features we make available (together, the “Site”).
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using the Site, or by submitting information through it, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. No offer or commitment to lend
Any advance rates, facility sizes, fees, terms, and funding timelines described on the Site are illustrative examples only. They are not quotes and are subject in all cases to application, underwriting, eligibility, due diligence, documentation, and final approval. Actual terms will be set out in a signed written agreement. Submitting a questionnaire or application does not guarantee approval or funding.
3. Not professional advice
Content on the Site, including blog articles and educational material, is provided for general information and does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice. You should consult your own professional advisors before making financial decisions.
4. Eligibility and authority

By submitting a questionnaire or application, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business identified, and that you are authorized to provide the information you submit, including information about the business and its owners and principals.
5. Information you submit
- You agree that all information you submit is true, correct, and complete, and you will promptly notify us of any material change.
- You authorize Alleon Capital Partners, LLC and its affiliates to verify the information you provide, to contact the references you list, and to obtain consumer and business credit reports and other information about the applicant business and its owners and principals from third parties.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials used to access secure areas of the Site.
- Do not submit information about a third party unless you are authorized to do so.
6. Electronic communications and consent to be contacted
By providing your email address or phone number, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including by email, telephone, and text message, at the contact details you provide, including for the purpose of responding to your inquiry, servicing your application, and marketing our services. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by using the unsubscribe link, replying with an opt-out request, or contacting us. You agree that electronic communications, notices, and records satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose, or submit false or misleading information.

- Use the Site in a way that infringes the rights of others or violates any applicable law or regulation.
8. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, layout, and software, are owned by Alleon or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the Site for your own internal business purposes. No other rights are granted.
9. Third-party links and content
The Site may link to third-party websites, tools, or resources that we do not control. We provide these links for convenience only and do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, products, services, or practices of any third party. Your use of a third-party site is governed by that site’s own terms and privacy policy.
10. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free, or that any information on it is accurate, complete, or current.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alleon and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alleon and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, your submission of information, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or the rights of a third party.
13. Privacy
Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section limits any different governing law or dispute resolution provision agreed in a signed financing agreement with us.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
16. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Alleon regarding the Site.
