Alleon Healthcare Capital(“Alleon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a specialty finance company that provides cash-flow solutions and medical receivables financing to healthcare providers across the United States. Alleon Healthcare is a division of Alleon Capital Partners. This Privacy Policy applies to alleonhealthcare.com and the forms, applications, and chat features on it.

1. Information we collect
Information you give us
We collect the information you choose to provide, including:
- Contact and inquiry details submitted through our questionnaires, contact form, or chat: your name, company name, email address, phone number, and any message or question you send us.
- Funding interest details: the type of financing you are seeking, approximate funding amount, monthly billing or deposit volume, payor mix, company size, and timing.
- Funding application information: business legal name and DBA, business address, tax identification number, license number, entity type, years in operation, facility or provider type, financial details (such as monthly billed revenue, operating expenses, deposits, and revenue by payor), banking and trade references, business history, and information about existing liens, litigation, audits, bankruptcies, or tax status.
- Owner and principal information: name, home address, phone, email, percentage of ownership, and, for certain applications, date of birth, Social Security number, and driver’s license number.
- Chat transcripts: the messages you exchange with our website chat assistant.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data through Google Analytics: pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, and general interaction data.
- Server and security logs, which may include IP address, timestamps, and requested pages.
- Cookies and similar technologies used to operate the site, keep you signed in to secure areas, remember your application progress, and measure site performance.

- To evaluate your funding request, including underwriting, pricing, and eligibility review.

- To comply with applicable laws, regulations, licensing obligations, lawful requests, audits, and recordkeeping requirements.
3. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:
- Affiliates. With Alleon Capital Partners, LLC and our affiliated entities involved in evaluating, underwriting, or servicing your request.
- Service providers. With vendors that operate our business under contract, including website hosting, database and file storage, email delivery, and website analytics providers. They may access information only as needed to perform services for us.
- Funding, underwriting, and diligence partners. With banks, lenders, participants, investors, or advisors involved in evaluating or funding a transaction.
- Consumer and business reporting agencies. As described in Section 4.
- Professional advisors. With attorneys, accountants, and auditors bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, regulation, or legal process, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Alleon, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.
4. Credit reports, verification, and consent
When you submit a funding application, you authorize Alleon Capital Partners, LLC and its affiliates to obtain consumer and business credit reports and other information about the applicant business and its owners and principals from third parties, and to verify any information provided in the application. This may include contacting the banking, trade, and landlord references you list. You confirm that the information you submit is true, correct, and complete, and that you are authorized to provide information about the business and its owners.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. Google may set cookies and process usage data on our behalf. You can opt out of Google Analytics across websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Some parts of the site, such as secure areas and saved application progress, may not work properly if you disable cookies.
Our site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
6. How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to evaluate and service funding requests, maintain business and accounting records, resolve disputes, and meet legal, regulatory, licensing, and audit obligations. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the applicable requirement. When information is no longer needed, we take steps to delete it or render it unreadable.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect, including encrypted connections to our website, access controls, and restricting access to personnel who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information such as Social Security numbers by unsecured email; use our secure online application instead.

This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
